Once payment is received, all orders are shipped. Unless the buyer changes the destination address prior to shipping, most orders will be delivered to the buyer’s home or mailbox within 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery to remote areas can take up to 5 working days.
DELIVERY FIRMS:
DHL, UPS, DPS, Deutsch Poste, NLPostman and Post NL Signed For First Class Delivery are all priority shipping options. Fully traceable No signature is required for collection. We also transport heavy weights with our own delivery service.
TIME:
Orders placed before 17:00 (local time in the Netherlands – Amsterdam) from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day (except public holidays). After 17:00 (local time in the Netherlands – Amsterdam), orders will be shipped the following working day. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the house.

LOST ORDERS:
If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days, please contact us and we will take care of it. Please include your order ID and tracking number when you message us.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:
If you receive the wrong item or a delivery that does not meet your expectations, please notify us so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed once we have received and inspected the incorrect product. Due to the nature of the service, you will not be entitled to a refund or return once your order has left our warehouse. Please remember that all sales are FINAL. You have the option to cancel or amend your order from the time of purchase until the time of dispatch. Any cancellation will incur a 10% charge.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY (TRACKED ORDERS ONLY):
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, you are entitled to a free return (tracked orders only). However, if the product is seized by customs, we will reship it as we strive to ship all orders with complete discretion.
Please note that we do NOT offer return shipping to the UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland or Denmark – due to the increased level of customs seizures, you order from these countries at your own risk. We do offer interstate and international shipping that is SECURELY SECURE, and we guarantee that your order will clear customs in your country.
FOR COMPLICATED PRODUCTS THAT ARE RESTRICTED ACCORDING TO EACH STATE’S LAWS:
All orders are double vacuum sealed and covertly packed so they cannot be detected by dogs or electronic sniffers. If your shipment does not arrive, we can provide you with proof of shipment and you will be compensated, but we do not issue refunds unless it is our fault.
The order is wrapped in oily plastic, does not smell, is not penetrated by X-rays and cannot be detected even by the ION scanner. For bulk orders, we pack your product in a PlayStation or X-Box box and order camouflaged boxes so the buyer receives it as if they are receiving a newly purchased game.
We also send customized packages (diplomatically sealed) that bypass all customs checks. Your order will be packed in small parcels to avoid damage. Many concentrates, such as hashish, can be shipped in a flat envelope.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if anything is missing from your order. We cannot accept notifications after 24 hours.
